Regional In-Person Tour (Delta, AL) - Take an in-depth look at Alabama’s largest cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction project, the 29,000 square-foot Cheaha State Park Lodge The five-story, 32-unit hotel design features wood sourced from Alabama timber across three towers in a variety of configurations.

November 12, 2025 - Regional In-Person Seminar (Houston, TX) Mass timber is a unique, non-commodity building material, and to lay the groundwork for success, teams must make certain critical decisions as early as possible. These decisions can have a significant impact on cost and can either increase or limit opportunities later in design.

Regional In-Person Seminar (Seattle, WA) - This presentation will review decisions that are key to the viability of mass timber multi-family projects, including construction type selection, grid layout, approach to achieving fire-resistance ratings, lateral system selection, and acoustics.

November 14, 2025 - Regional In-Person Tour (Seattle, WA) Join WoodWorks on an in-depth look at Asa Mercer International Middle School, a Type III-B mass timber school recently completed in Seattle, WA. Designers of the multi-story, 174,000 sqft project utilized CLT and glulam post-and-beam framing to create a sustainable learning environment that serves 1,000 students in grades 6-8.

November 20, 2025 - Regional In-Person Tour (Bentonville, AR) Join WoodWorks for an in-person look at Walmart's new Home Office in Bentonville, AR, which includes 2.4 million square feet of mass timber office space. The 350-acre mixed-use campus comprises 12 new office buildings.

Regional In-Person Tour (Baltimore, MD) - Attendees will tour this Type III multi-family project, comprised of seven stories of light-frame wood over a concrete podium. At approximately 450,000 sq ft, the development will house nearly 400 units plus amenities and commercial space.

December 2, 2025 - Regional In-Person Tour (Kalamazoo, MI) Join WoodWorks and Michigan State University (MSU) for a workshop and tour of two unique projects showcasing innovative mass timber, light-frame, and hybrid wood construction.
