June 11, 2025 - Regional In-Person Tour (Cypress, TX) As part of the Bridgeland mixed-use development by Howard Hughes, this 58,000 sqft building is defined by its gabled roof topped with a linear cupola and large timber framed balconies at each floor level.  The project utilizes CLT shear walls and DLT decking supported by a glulam frame.
