Sound insulation options:
- Thickness varies; thicker mat will provide better acoustic separation
Acoustics:
- 5-ply CLT (6.875″ total thickness) with 2″ concrete with Maxxon Acousti-Mat SBR over Maxxon Acousti-Mat (3/4″-thick) with 2 layers 5/8″ Type X gypsum = STC 58 & IIC 55
