Seminar: This seminar will detail the new tall wood code provisions and methods for designers to address the associated requirements. We’ll cover essential considerations, including fire-resistance ratings and allowances for exposed timber, penetrations, sprinklers, connections, and exterior walls.
Tour: You’ll get an in-depth look at the award-winning Jean & Ric Edelman Fossil Park & Museum of Rowan University. Located in a 65-acre fossil park, the 44,000-square-foot mass timber hybrid museum is one of the largest public net-zero buildings in New Jersey.
