Regional In-Person Seminar and Tour (San Antonio, TX)
Explore mass timber from planning through construction in this two-part educational program. The seminar provides an overview of mass timber systems, project delivery strategies, and performance considerations, including cost, scheduling, and coordination with manufacturers. The program continues with an on-site tour of Trinity University’s Dicke Hall, an academic building showcasing cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels and glue-laminated timber (glulam) framing to create a sustainable and biophilic space for the university’s staff and students. Members of the project team will be available to provide insights on design decisions and lessons learned.
After the tour, join fellow attendees for a Networking Hour on site. Refreshments will be provided.
