DESCRIPTION:Regional In-Person Tour (Boise\, ID)\n\n\nJoin WoodWorks on a Tour of the BSU Albertsons Stadium North End Zone Expansion and ESI Construction Management Building for a firsthand look at local examples of mass timber construction. Organized in partnership with the ULI Idaho Sustainability Summit. \n  \nStop #1 – Albertsons Stadium North End Zone Expansion https://opsisarch.com/project/albertsons-stadium-north-end-zone/ \nDesigned by Opsis Architecture and built by Andersen Construction\, The North End Zone Project showcases glulam beams and cross-laminated timber (CLT) as the primary structural elements for the concourse club ceiling and roof. The project intentionally selected these mass timber elements to create a warm\, inviting architectural expression while reducing the project’s carbon footprint.
