DESCRIPTION:Regional Online Seminar (OR\, ID-South\, HI)\n\n\nOpportunities for light-frame wood and mass timber construction have never been greater\, especially now that the International Building Code (IBC) allows up to 18 stories with mass timber. Choosing the right construction type\, however\, is critical—and increasingly complex. \n  \nThis presentation walks through logical\, code-compliant steps for key considerations\, including allowable building size\, separation requirements\, detailing\, and special provisions.
