Attendees will gain insight into how to incorporate mass timber into their buildings and how it can support both project performance and long-term value. \n  \nThe presentation explores what differentiates mass timber in today’s competitive market—design flexibility\, tenant appeal\, and environmental and community benefits that align with investor and stakeholder priorities. It will also examine how prefabricated mass timber construction can help streamline schedules\, labor\, and enhance jobsite safety.
