SUMMARY:Mass Timber in Multi-Family: Key Considerations and Advanced Fire Design
DESCRIPTION:Regional Online Seminar (CA-North\, HI\, ID-South\, NV\, OR\, UT)\n\n\nLearn how mass timber and hybrid wood building systems can help address critical gaps in the multi-family housing market and the changes introduced in the 2021 International Building Code (IBC) that significantly expand the opportunities for tall timber structures. The presentation will review: \n\nKey design considerations for mass timber in multi-family projects for both mid-rise hybrid with light-frame and tall timber.
