The Joinery Phase Two Tour & Networking

Join Jessica Scarlett, WoodWorks Regional Director and Warren Hamrick, Engineered Wood Specialist, APA – The Engineered Wood Association for a tour of The Joinery Phase Two. Spanning over 350,000 square feet, The Joinery Phase Two consists of two, seven-story mixed-use buildings with a total of 360 apartments, and 15,00 square feet of retail space. Each building consists of two levels of concrete podium, and five stories of a hybrid CLT / prefabricated structural system with Timberlab. Tour will be led by Jessica Scarlett, Warren Hamrick, and Swinerton representatives.

Immediately following the tour head next door to Starlight on 22nd for a networking happy hour, where you can learn more about APA – The Engineered Wood Association and WoodWorks, and network over drinks and appetizers with other professionals interested in wood design.
