Join John O’Donald, WoodWorks Regional Director on a tour of 80 M Street, the first commercial office building in Washington, D.C. to feature mass timber new construction. Located in the Capitol Riverfront District, this newly completed 105,000-square-foot vertical expansion consists of two new floors and a habitable penthouse built atop the existing 286,000-square-foot Class-A office building. Members of the design will be available to answer questions.
After the tour, WoodWorks is hosting a networking happy hour at Mission Navy Yard (1221 Van Street SE) from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
We will follow the safety protocols of the venue. Masks are recommended. Upon registration, attendees are required to agree to the terms outlined in our COVID-19 Acknowledgment, Waiver, and Release form.
