1030 Music Row Tour + Networking Happy Hour

Located one block from Edgehill Village, 1030 Music Row is the first timber-frame Class A office space in Nashville. This one-of-a-kind creatively engineered design, crafted from Spruce Glulam columns and beams and dowel-laminated timber floors, will provide 1,370 metric tons of carbon benefit. The location provides direct access to the Gulch and Demonbreun Street and is just one block from a full complement of restaurants, bars, shopping and housing options.

Curtis Lesh with Tuck + Hinton, project architect, and Jessica Scarlett will lead the tour.

After the tour, WoodWorks is hosting a networking happy hour from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Old Glory Nashville at 1200 Villa Place (less than 5 minute walk from tour).

Attendees can earn 1.0 AIA/CES HSW LU, 1.0 PDH credit or 0.1 ICC credit.
