To create multi-family developments that resonate deeply with potential tenants, development firm Juno has been considering what makes a home truly appealing in the modern world and how we can make living spaces healthier for the people who inhabit them? A thorough response to this must consider both how buildings are designed and constructed and what materials make up an apartment building. Specifically, are there learnings to be had from manufacturing and supply chain management and software development, and ways to leverage significant innovations in the built environment that have taken shape over the last decade? Attend this webinar to learn about design considerations required to productize the built environment, the potential for componentization of design, the benefits of using exposed mass timber in mid-rise and taller residential buildings and ultimately how to streamline real estate development using mass timber products and processes.
