Thank you for planning to exhibit at the 2010 Minneapolis Wood Solutions Fair on April 13. In addition to a comprehensive program of knowledgeable speakers and technical presentations, the event has been designed to provide you ample face-to-face time with the 350 architects, engineers and other building design professionals expected to attend. Please bookmark this page as it includes all the information you'll need to prepare for your participation.

Each member of your exhibit team must complete the online registration form at the bottom of this page by April 1st. Click here to register now.

Booth Set-up
Exhibitors are invited to set-up their booths on Monday, April 12th between 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
April 12 Exhibitor/Speaker/Staff Dinner
You are invited to join us for dinner at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 12th (after setup). Please R.S.V.P. to this dinner when you complete the exhibitor registration form.
Name Badges
A name badge will be waiting for each registered exhibitor at your booth on the morning of April 13th. If you haven't already done so, please register now.
Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall will open to attendees at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13th. Please arrive anytime between 6:00 and 6:45 a.m.
Lunch
A lunch break will be held in the exhibit hall between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at noon followed by a presentation at 12:30 p.m. Exhibitors are invited to have lunch at 12:30 p.m. after the presentation has begun. Please ensure that the exhibit hall is quiet for the presentation.
Tear-down
Booths can be taken down after 4:00 p.m. on April 13th. The last scheduled exhibit hall break will be from 3:30 – 3:45 p.m.
Exhibition Services
You will receive an exhibitor package with complete booth, equipment, services and shipping information from Minneapolis Wood Solutions Fair official exhibition services company Hubbell/Tyner.
Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis (1300 Nicollet Mall) which features a convenient SKYWALK system with access to the Minneapolis Convention Center. To receive a special nightly rate of $119, please click here to reserve your room online on or before April 1st.
