Thank you for planning to exhibit at the 2010 Chicago Wood Solutions Fair on September 8. In addition to a comprehensive program of knowledgeable speakers and technical presentations, the event has been designed to provide you ample face-to-face time with approximately 600 architects, engineers and other building design professionals expected to attend. Please bookmark this page as it includes all the information you'll need to prepare for your participation.

Each member of your exhibit team must complete the online registration form at the bottom of this page by August 17th. Click here to register now.

Booth Set-up
Exhibitors are invited to set-up their booths on Tuesday, September 7th between 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
September 7th Exhibitor Dinner
You are invited to join us for dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7th (after setup). Please R.S.V.P. to this dinner when you complete the exhibitor registration form. We’ll meet in the Westin lobby at 6:15 for directions/details/transportation to dinner.
Name Badges
A name badge will be waiting for each registered exhibitor at your booth during setup on September 7th. If you haven't already done so, please register now.
Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall will open to attendees at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8th. Please arrive at your booth between 6:00 and 6:45 a.m.
Lunch
A lunch break will be held in the exhibit hall between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at noon followed by an awards presentation at 12:30 p.m. Exhibitors are invited to be seated with attendees at noon and return to your booths after the presentation.
Tear-down
Booths can be taken down after 4:00 p.m. on September 8th. The last scheduled exhibit hall break will be from 3:30 – 3:45 p.m.

You will receive an exhibitor package with complete booth, equipment, services and shipping information from SourceOne Events, Inc., the Chicago Wood Solutions Fair official exhibition services company. Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Chicago North Shore. Please click here to book your room at the special nightly rate of $139. This room rate is available until August 17th at 5 p.m.
